After nearly three hours of pageantry glitz and glam that included everything from a cooking demonstration set to Parisian music to a lively rendition of “Forget About the Boy” from “Thoroughly Modern Millie” Miss Placentia and Yorba Linda Outstanding Teen were crowned Saturday afternoon at Placentia’s Valencia High School.
