Irvine has an enviable internal city bus system called the iShuttle. For $1 or for free if you have certain OCTA or Metrolink passes or tickets you can motor between the Irvine and Tustin train stations, John Wayne Airport, UCI, the Irvine Business Complex and the Irvine Spectrum.
